PITTSBURG — Phalen Law poured on the runs against a shorthanded KTCCU team to earn a 17-7 win in four innings Monday at Jaycee Ballpark.The Blue Wahoos took advantage of the Bandits only being able to field seven players in the lineup, scoring 12 times through the first three frames to take an 11-run advantage.
