American Association for Justice
The American Association for Justice understands that justice belongs to us all. They have supported injured Americans for over 65 years as the collective voice of the trial bar on Capitol Hill and in courthouses across the nation. Campaigning to tell the real story about the civil justice system – that trial attorneys’ unwavering commitment to justice ensures that every person is on a level playing field in the courtroom. Please visit their website for important information concerning workers’ rights. http://www.justice.org/cps/rde/xchg/justice/hs.xsl/16.htm
Kansas Association for Justice
The Kansas Association for Justice is committed to preserving and strengthening the civil justice system and the workers compensation system in Kansas. We urge everyone to carefully weigh the consequences of proposals that restrict the rights of ordinary Kansans to hold wrongdoers accountable for their harmful actions. Many of these proposals are little more than thinly veiled attempts to increase the profits of businesses and insurance companies at the expense of the rights of the rest of us.

Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys
After more than 50 years as a statewide association, we have much to be proud of while being ever mindful of the necessity of keeping a constant vigil on attempts to erode the rights of all Missourians. Historically, MATA has accomplished much, but not without courageous leaders who stood firm in insisting that wronged consumers deserved better rights.
