We’re wrapping up 2015 around here and what a great year it has been! We settled a record number of claims for Kansas and Missouri workers who were hurt at work and several more injured workers received awards of compensation – many of those MAX awards of Permanent Total Disability. Countless days were spent in court fighting for workers’ rights to medical treatment, pay while off work, mileage reimbursements and prescription benefits. We secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for clients injured in car accidents. Our associate attorneys continued to fight for social security disability claimants and for those seeking assistance with immigration and citizenship.
And to end the year on a high note… our NEW Joplin office opened to best serve our growing number of Missouri clients!
