It was announced by Pittsburg State University with the William L. and Pamela G. Phalen endowed scholarship was Awarded to Jill Bergkamp, a Business Administration Major at Pittsburg State University.  Bill and Pam have endowed this scholarship for the Kelse School of Business in support of higher education.  The Phalen’s truly believe that “giving is not just about making a donation, it is about making a difference”.  Hopefully, the financial assistance provided by Bill and Pam Phalen and Phalen Law will make a difference.
